Mary Jane Brewer, 81, died Monday night, June 12, 2006, in NHC Health Care.

She was a member of Daus Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lee Brewer; parents, Craven and Leona Vandergriff Kilgore; sisters, Gladys Johnson and Dortha Austin.

She is survived by her son, Don (Barbara) Brewer, Red Bank; three grandchildren, Tiffany (Nik) Brown and Crystal Brewer, both of Red Bank, and Lynlie Brewer, Dunlap; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with Minister Freddie Clayton officiating. Burial will be in Pope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. CDT.

Arrangements are by Putnam-Standefer-Reed Funeral Home, 50 May Road, Dunlap.
