Thomas' wife, Margaret Tallakarne Argall's will makes it clear her wish to be buried next to him at the Church of St. Faith The Virgin under St. Paul's Cathedral in London. St. Faith The Virgin Church was originally above ground next to Jesus Chapel but is now underground below St. Paul's Cathedral.
