Hagerman, 69, of Henrico, North Carolina, and formerly of Keymar, passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2006, at his home in North Carolina. He was the husband of Carolyn L. Hagerman. They were married 47 years. Born April 7, 1937, in Bradshaw, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Belle Blevins Hagerman and Henry Hagerman. He was a member of the Pleasant Hill Christian Church. He served of the U.S. Air Force. He loved fishing, reading and was an avid sports fan. In addition to his loving wife Carolyn L. Hagerman, he is survived by a daughter, Terri L. Napier and husband Mark of Walkersville; two granddaughters, Jennifer Fuller and husband John and Stefanie Souders; two great-grandchildren, Aidenn W. Souders and Hannah Souders; a brother, Sam Hagerman; and two sisters, Jeanette Rice and Lorene Payne. The family will receive friends at the Stauffer Funeral Home, 1621 Opossumtown Pike on Sunday, Nov. 26, from 7 to 9 a.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday, Nov. 27, at 2 p.m. with Pastor Dave Hendershot officiating. Interment will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 61 Broadway, New York, New York, 10006.
