Mrs. Taylor was born in Caretta, W.Va., and moved here in 1978 from Niagara Falls, N.Y. She was a member of Assembly of God Church. Survivors include two sons, Larry Whitaker, Orange City, and Mike Whitaker, Mechanicsville, Md.; two daughters, Edith Ingersoll and Lucille Ryce, both of Ontario; two brothers, Elmer Prater, Rydal, Ga., and Lawrence Prater, Honolulu; four sisters, Josephine Amburg, Plant City, Ethel Burton, Pulaski, Va., and Effie Jordon and Maryanne Justice, both of War, W.Va.; 19 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Baldauff is in charge.
