  Notes	MILITARY SERVICE Noah served in the Civil War as a private, Company G, 16th Virginia Cavalry, Conferderate States Army. He was captured during a skirmish in Cabell Co. around 14 Feb 1864. He was imprisoned at Fort Delaware, Delaware. He was paroled on sick furlough after the war ended.
