  Notes	OBITUARY Houston Chronicle; 28 May 1987 WALLACE M. DAVIS, JR., 59, died May 26, 1987. Born in Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky on June 3, 1927, he was a 22 year resident of Houston. He was a graduate of Williams College, Williamstown, Mass., member of St. John the Divine Episcopal Church. He was president of the Zero Corporation of Texas. He also served on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was predeceased by his wife Barbara Sterrett Davis. He is survived by his brother, Warren B. Davis of New York, his children, Ebby and husband Daye Reeves, Merry and Husband Steve Sasser, Houston, Johnny and Terry Davis, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA, Wallace M. Davis, III, New York and Leslie Elizabeth Davis. Also survived by five grandchildren, Travis, Meryl, Allison, Cameron and Toby. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. graveside at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, with The Rev. Giles F. Lewis, Jr., officiating. Donations can be made to the charity of your choice. Geo.
