Blair and Ora Mae Pack Blair. Including her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arless Mann; daughter, Shirley Starnes; sister, Annie Music and one brother, Lee Blair. Survivors include her son, John Milburn Mann, Gate City, VA; two sisters, Evelyn Quillen and Alma Kinkead, both of Gate City, VA; three grandchildren, Gordan Starnes, Arlington, VA, Carter Starnes, Arlington, VA, Adam Starnes, Baltimore, MD; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Gate City Funeral Home and other times at the residence of John Mann. Services will be at 7 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Clayton Williams and Walker Darnell officiating. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. The family will meet at the cemetery for the graveside service. Pallbearers will be Larry Mann, Paul Ishey, Mack Music, Edsel Music, Larry Quillen, Paul Quillen, Carter Starnes and Buddy Lane.
