He was born and raised in Turlock but lived most of his life in Modesto. After marrying Linda (Houser) he worked as a local Pipe Fitter for 25 years. Kenneth was a devoted family man who loved his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his 2 daughters, Shelly Franks and Pamela Wampler and 4 grandchildren; and his siblings; Connie Hansen, Phyllis Carnes, Sharon Heiser, Eldon Middleton, Susan Pilot.
