Flora Belle Larimer Vermillion, 93, of Bristol, TN, formerly of Tazewell, died May 1 at her home.
Born March 2, 1912 in Tazewell County, she was a daughter of the late Robert Clinton Asbury and Lilly Elizabeth Kinder Asbury.
She was a member of the Rosemont Presbyterian Church in Bristol, TN, and was a member of the Bristol Garden Club.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, W.G. ?Bill? Larimer; one son, Joseph Denton Larimer; and six brothers, Irvin, Robert, Victor, Simon, Austin and Walter Asbury.
Survivors: husband, John P. Vermillion; son, William Oliver Larimer and wife, Saipin, of Pass Christian, MS; sisters, Georgia Harless of Bluefield, WV, Dosha Hicks of Radford; grandchildren, Sandra Stewart, Jeannie Sexton, Jacqueline Espinoza and Samantha Samson; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, including Mary Spurgeon of North Tazewell.
The funeral was conducted May 6 at 2 p.m. at Peery & St.Clair Funeral Home Chapel in Tazewell with the Rev. Allen Chapman officiating.
Burial followed at Maplewood Cemetery in Tazewell.

BLUEFIELD ? Georgia Mary Harless, 90, of 701 Bramwell Rd., Bluefield and formerly from Springville, Va., died Saturday, March 28, 2009 at her home.
She was born in Springville, Va. and was a daughter of the late Robert Asbury and Elizabeth Kinder Asbury. She was a member of the Springville Christian Church, and in addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Harless; a daughter, Mary Sue Harless; grandsons, Scott Melvin and Christopher Crigger; and by several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by daughters, Betty Patton, Jacksonville, Fla., Sarah Pritt and husband Robert, Bluefield, W.Va.; grandchildren, Kathy Melvin, Richmond, Va., Teresa Ribble, Dunedin, Fla., Mickey Crigger and Earnest Crigger, Jacksonville, Fla.; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Dosha Hicks, Radford, Va.; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Amedisys Hospice workers.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dudley Memorial Chapel in Bluefield, Va. with Johnny Elmore officiating. Burial will follow in the Grandview Memory Gardens.
The Harless family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of services at the funeral home.
Mrs. Harless will always be fondly remembered by her family and numerous friends for her kindness, gentleness, devout grace and unselfish loving ways.
Dudley Memorial Mortuary in Bluefield, Va. is serving the Harless family.

GULFPORT, Miss. ? William ?Oliver? Larimer of Gulfport, Miss., formerly of Tazewell, Va., died July 26, 2012, only two weeks shy of his 77th birthday. Born and raised in Tazewell, Va., he passed away in Gulfport, Miss. where he resided since 1977. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and retired senior electronics technician for the Federal Civil Service (NAVOCEANO).
Oliver was preceded in death by his parents, William G. Larimer and Flora Bell Asbury Larimer Vermillion, and his younger brother, Joseph D. Larimer.
Survivors include Oliver's beloved wife of 50 years, Saipin Larimer from Pratchinburi, Thailand; four daughters, Sandra Stewart and husband, Rick of Old Hickory, Tenn., Nancy ?Jeannie? Sexton and husband, Donald of Gulfport, Miss., Jacqueline Seavey and husband, John of Long Beach, Miss., and Samantha Sampson of Egg Harbor, N.J.; eight grandchildren, Brett Stewart, Wade Stewart, Charles ?Chuck? Sexton, Sara Sexton-Pilgreen and husband, Austin, Sydney Pedersen, Erik Pedersen, Marisa Sampson, Garrett Sampson; three great-grandchildren, Violet Batman, Isabel Batman, and Samuel Pilgreen.
Oliver will be laid to rest beside his parents on Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2012. A graveside memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. at the family burial site at Maplewood Cemetery in Tazewell, Va. with the Reverend Greg Wood officiating.
