OBITUARY

Tate Thompson Brady, 70, of Richmond, died January 15, 1993. Born in Buffalo Forge, Rockbridge County, Virginia he was the son of the late Douglas E. and Mary Tate Brady.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Fillingane Brady; daughter Janice Brady Hannon of Lebanon, CT; brother, Douglas E. Brady, Jr. of Glasgow, Virginia.

Mr. Brady was an active member of Tuchahoe Presbyterian Church and was very involved in community affairs in this area. Mr. Brady was a 1944 graduate of Virginia Tech and was thirty-five year employee of Virginia Power, having served in many positions throughout the state. He retired as Division Manager of Community and Governmental Affairs. An active member of the West Richmond Kiwanis Club, he served as club president and as lieutenant governor of the Kiwanis Capital District.

Remains rest at Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Rd., where the family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be held at Tuchahoe Presbyterian Church Monday at 11 a.m. Interment at 3:00 at the Falling Springs Presbyterian Church, Glasgow, Virginia.
