OBITUARY

Anna McGlothlin Stewart, age 64, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 in a Parkersburg, West Virginia rehabilitation center.

She was born in Richlands, Virginia and was the daughter of Frances Whittaker McGlothlin of Abingdon, Virginia and the late Branche McGlothlin.

She was a former teacher at Little Champions Academy in Raven, Virginia. She graduated from Richlands High School Class of 1972 and was a graduate of Pensacola Bible College in Pensacola, Florida. After her graduation from Bible College, she moved to Warrenton, Missouri where she did extensive training for child evangelism. She had worked in different capacities for numerous churches and was the former owner and operator of the Fisherman?s Net in Doran, Virginia and Heaven Bound in Tazewell, Virginia. She was attending the Parkersburg Assembly of God in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Stewart and one infant daughter, Lydia Stewart.

Susan Wallace and husband, Gary of Abingdon, Virginia

Three Grandchildren: Arabella Hunt, Donald ?DC? Hunt, and Josephine Hunt

Funeral services for Anna Stewart will be conducted Monday, April 16, 2018 at 11am at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Chapel in Richlands, Virginia with Dr. Charles Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Hankins Cemetery in Richlands, Virginia. Pallbearers will be: Jared Horn, Quinton Wallace, Josh Williamson, Brent Humphries, Andrew Blake Ray, Michael Street, and Corey Short. Honorary Pallbearer will be: Gary Wallace. Friends may call after 6pm on Sunday evening at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia.

Lydia Ann Stewart, infant daughter of Donald W. and
Anna McGlothlin Stewart, of Rt. 1, Cedar Bluff, was still-
born at a Richlands hospital Feb.24.

Survivors in addition to her parents: sister, Rebekah
Leigh Stewart of the home; brothers, James Darrin Stewart
and Brian Keith Stewart, both of the home; paternal grand-
father, D. W. Stewart of Grapeland, TX; paternal grandmother, Thelma Stewart of LaTexo, TX; maternal grandparents, Branch and Frances McGlothlin of
Cedar Bluff; and maternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Whitaker of Cedar Bluff.

Graveside services were conducted Feb. 26 at the Hankins
Cemetery in Richlands with Rev. Stan Morris officiating.
There was no visitation. Hurst-Scott Funeral Home, in
Richlands, was in charge of arrangements.
